CUKES & CRUNCH

Healthy and almost no calories!

Here is what you will need:


4 cups - Peeled and thinly sliced cucumbers (English work very well)

2 cups - Finely Chopped celery

2 Tablespoons - Finely Chopped Sweet Onion

4 Tablespoons - Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tablespoons - Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup - Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes (OPTIONAL)

2 Packets - Sweet & Low

1/4 Teaspoon - Salt (or to taste)

Dill Weed - Just a dusting


How to Make it:


Combine all the ingredients except for the Dill Weed in a large mixing bowl.


Mix thoroughly and taste a sample.


You may need to add salt to taste and maybe a bit more onion if you like more kick.


After you put it in a serving dish, dust with the Dill Weed.
